Linkin Park be playing at MCH Arena in Herning, Denmark on October 30th. LPU members can purchase pre-sale tickets starting tomorrow. Tickets go on sale to the public on Tuesday, June 29 at 10 am (local). OMG! Japan just scored their second goal! I am loving these underdogs!

2010 LP Tour: Second London date added

Taking a quick break from World Cup madness to post a quickie, so what did I miss? Oh Linkin Park have added a second show at the O2 Arena in London on November 11. LPU members can purchase pre-sale tickets now, and the rest of you can get yours starting Friday, June 25 at 9am local time. Mike has updated his blog with a post from LP Live regarding the new Linkin Park album, a DJ on XFM Radio (London) talked about the sound of the album on his show last week, download the mp3 here.

Due to the World Cup, LP news will be posted a little bit late than usual but they will be posted at @LPTimes as and when they occur, I'm re-tweeting any LP news as it happens so join me @LPTimes for the latest or if you have something to share just send me a tweet. Now back to the second half of Germany v Ghana match. P.S. Congrats to team USA for their win against Algeria, that was tense!.

2010 Tour dates in Brazil are now confirmed!. Linkin Park will also play in Zurich, Switzerland at Hallenstadion on Nov 1, pre-sale tickets are now available for LPU members, and tickets go on sale to the public on Tuesday, June 22 at 8 am. Tickets for UK dates are now on sale. The 2010 Tour dates so far.

New Linkin Park 2010 Tour dates

Linkin Park have added three shows in the UK to their 2010 Tour Dates. The will play in Manchester on Nov 4 (MEN Arena), Birmingham on Nov 9 (LG Arena) and London on Nov 10 (02 Arena). Pre-sale tickets for LPU members go on sale Tuesday, June 15 and tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, June 18 at 9am here. The Linkin Park 2010 tour will start on October 20 at the 02 World in Berlin, Germany, they will also play in Stuttgart, Koln, Hamburg and Linz, Austria that month and in Frankfurt on November 2.

It's Friday already here and the World Cup 2010 starts today! Woo!! Woo!! This is the time when families are divided, friends become foes and wives are neglected. For the next five weeks I will eat, live and breathe football, everything else will take a back seat, even LP :-) so apologies for my MIA here next few weeks. Hope there's lots of drama and controversies and stupid referee decisions, for what is World Cup without all that but no penalty shoot outs please, my heart can't take it.

Good luck to host nation South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay and France in their opening matches later today. Good luck to team USA, you're gonna need it :-), playing against England tomorrow, that's a tough one. 人生就像一本帳！帳本裡包含了事業、財富、生活等三大要

這是一個發人深省的故事！

深山裡，有一座香火鼎盛的廟宇，門外有一面大鼓。有一天 ， 趁著寺廟內沒有人，大鼓滾到了大佛面前，大鼓開口說話了： 「大佛，你不覺得這個世界很不公平嗎？為什麼大家看到 你是虔誠的頂禮膜拜，而看到我就只是槌我、敲我呢？……」

翻本第一步╱管理好人生第一本帳——事業帳本

人生其實像一本帳本，裡頭包含了事業、財富、生活等三大 要 素，如果想要成功，首先得要寫好自己的事業帳本。

盡量填滿你的事業工具箱

身上總是帶著三支手機、iPod、黑莓機，重達十幾公斤 重 公事包不離身的前花旗首席分析師、現任大洋集團控股公司 財務長楊應超，用「工具箱」的概念來管理自己的事業帳本。 也因此，能在短短幾年中，在金融界從一名研究員，爬升 到在外資證券研究圈只有五％的人，有機會坐到的董事總經理位 置。

「你隨時要為下一個工作做準備！因此你要有一個什麼都有 的 職場工具箱，在其中放進各種武器，才可以應付職場的挑戰。」 美國普渡大學電機碩士楊應超，畢業後投了三百封履歷，找到 ＩＢＭ工程師的工作。

工作一段時間後，原來想繼續攻讀博士，但楊應超為了想讓 自 己的工具箱多一項武器，跑去念哥倫比亞大學企管碩士，成了日 後他進入金融界工作的重要利器。

除此之外，凡事總是提高標準「過度準備」的楊應超，總是 會 在自己「事業帳本」裡，替自己的每一個工作建立「資產負債 表」、「現金流量表」和「損益表」。

為自己的人生做好三張表

「從我工作的損益表裡，我要知道自己得到多少？以及付出 多 少成本？資產負債表中，則有我在工作過程中磨練的各種能 力，包括人脈、健康及專業知識。現金流量表，是要了解在 職場和人生中的資本投資，投入的時間歲月及機會成本，帶 進多少現金或是新的資產。平常花時間和精力讀的書，又帶 進多少知識及未來可運用的能量。」這都是建立「事業帳本」帶 給楊應超的好處。

談到這一路走來，在職場的拚搏生涯，楊應超分享經驗時說 到， 「十年前，我也覺得自己達不到今天的目標，但不去試， 就永遠達不到。」「遇到困難，像是今年裁員風波，除了要 正面思考外，要做的是一定不能浪費時間，即使是固定去運 動都好，想盡辦法利用時間，幫自己的『工具箱』多放進新 武器，等到風波過去，就比別人有更多大展身手的機會。」

學習在條件匱乏的環境中生存

楊應超成功寫下事業帳本，同樣在職場上成功的「城邦文化 」 首席執行長何飛鵬，也分享他如何面對職場人生挫折，他很 有自信的說：「我從來沒有怕過，因為從小就習慣自己身上一無 所有！」

寒冬的暖陽，透過玻璃撒進何飛鵬的辦公室裡，談到自己的 奮 鬥過程。他坦言六歲時父親去世，八位手足都由母親一手帶大， 這讓他很能適應在條件匱乏的環境中生存。

回憶起過去，何飛鵬最難忘的母親腳踩裁縫機的聲音，「對 我 來說，那是最美的音樂，每晚都伴我入眠。」何飛鵬從母親 身上學到了樂觀和永不放棄的決心，這也是他在三十多歲面 臨事業瓶頸、負債數千萬元時，得以熬過去的支撐力量。

「很多人在遭受挫折會怪外在的環境不好，其實很多時候， 是 內在的問題。」在人生低潮時，更重要的是檢視自己的事業 帳本裡，到底欠缺了什麼？專注力、受挫力、開發力，或是最根 本的反省力。

翻本第二步╱不放棄人生第二本帳本——財富帳本

「很多人一輩子拚命賺錢，卻在人生重要錢關的時候，面臨 無 錢可用的窘境。」《一生三錢過四關》作者宋炎本一言道破了為 什麼要經營好「財富帳本」的原因。

他提出人的一生當中，一定要備齊「保命錢」、「投資錢」 、 「投機錢」。三種錢的角色，和在財富帳本中的價值不同。

宋炎本認為，「保命錢的特色在守，就像是足球賽中負責防 守 的後衛和把守最後一關的守門員；投資錢是連結前鋒後衛攻 防的中場；投機錢則是專司攻擊的前鋒。而萬一遇上大崩盤， 前鋒、中場統統失守，損失慘重時，這時就要倚重後衛和守門 員，動用『保命錢』來力保最後生機。」

若保命錢、投資錢、投機錢，三種錢都可以運用得宜，人生 的財 富帳本必然可以豐富而圓滿。

「投資錢」的操作原則在於重時間而不重時機，遵循正確的 投 資原則，買進長抱就會大贏，要讓它長期穩健的獲利；「保 命錢」的操作原則在於，隨時持有、保持流動性，以支應日 常的開銷，不是要追求獲利，而是要保護前鋒（投機錢）與中場 （投資錢）。

「投機錢能否真的幫忙加速，其實大家並沒有太大把握，保 命 錢是為了提供必要的防守，有穩健的投資錢，能讓攻守都更 有把握。」因為，要讓財富帳本能長期獲利，最重要的就是靠 它。

翻本第三步╱讓好事業、財富 圓滿生活帳本

除了事業、財富，還要有生活的圓滿，人生才能無憾！

「人生最後的台詞，我已經決定了：『啊，我的人生過得很 好， 真的很感謝！』我會留下這段話，然後離開這個世界。為 了做到這一點，我努力讓自己沒有悔恨、沒有遺憾地活到現 在。」大前研一在著作《後五十歲的選擇》中這麼說到。

若能讓自己的生活帳本，做到如大前研一所說的圓滿無憾， 應是 人生最高境界。

事業財富不一定會讓生活圓滿

目前看來，創業成功的「一○四人力銀行」董事長楊基寬， 人 生的二本重要帳本「事業帳本」、「財富帳本」都很豐富而 精采。但外人看來成功的人生，楊基寬卻認為努力了一輩子， 在重要的第三本帳「生活帳本」卻有所欠缺。他說：「我 已經想好了自己墓誌銘上的文字『若是普通活著幹麼；完美 哪夠？瘋掉才行。』但也因為這樣，很多時候只好犧牲家庭生 活。」有一幕景象一直留在楊基寬的腦海裡……。

那時，正值公司成績要往上衝的時候。長期在辦公室待到深 夜的 結果，對太太和女兒自然疏遠了。

「如果你問我，人生有什麼遺憾的事，那就是沒能給家人足 夠 的陪伴和快樂。」目前事業、財富皆圓滿的楊基寬，看來生活帳 本裡最大的遺憾是沒有好好陪家人。

列清單 量化你的生活目標

「王品台塑牛排」董事長戴勝益認為，在人生的每個階段裡 ， 要同時顧慮到事業、財富與生活，這樣才能讓退休後的生活，更 加圓滿。

「量化是幫助自己實踐很好的方法。」戴勝益舉例，不論在 哪 一本帳本裡，都可以幫自己列下想要達成目標的清單，例如， 「在死之前要做的五個一」，一是拿一個獎，二是爬一百 座山，三是寫一本書，四是有一棟沒有貸款的乾淨房子，五 是讓自己退休後每年有一百萬元可以花，到死都花不完。

沒有咖啡 就專心享受奶精和糖

戴勝益認為自己不穿名牌，生活規律，人生目標主要在追求 金 錢以及時間的自由，以目前情況來看都很不錯。「人生到目 前為止，真的沒有什麼後悔的事，生活帳本裡，真的不缺什麼 了。」

至於，萬一計畫遇到了變化，像○八年的景氣低潮，把帳本 裡的 資產都賠盡花光了，該怎麼辦？

「人生就像三合一咖啡，事業像咖啡，還要有奶精（財富） 和 糖（家庭生活），沒有了咖啡，還是可以利用機會和時間， 享受保有奶精和糖的幸福感。」戴勝益認為，沒有了三分之 一的人生（事業），至少要把握另外三分之二（財富和家庭生 活）。這樣，人生才不會一無所有。

過去一年，多數人承受刻骨銘心的挑戰和磨難，但從現在起 ， 你還是可以重新好好規畫事業、財富、生活三大帳本，讓美好人 生成為可以實現的夢想！

Pemahaman Dasar

Tubuh manusia adalah sebuah sistem yang canggih dan sempurna. Tubuh kita adalah sebuah tempat keluar dan masuknya banyak hal dengan melalui sebuah proses. Gelombang otak manusia akan berubah tergantung aktivitas yg sedang dilakukannya, sebagai contoh: gelombang otak orang yg sedang "tidur" akan berbeda dengan orang yang sedang "berjaga"
Tipe Gelombang otak/Brainwave :

Beta ==> 14hz - 30hz

Wide awake; dalam keadaan terjaga; waspada, aktivitas beta tidak banyak peristiwanya tapi bukan berarti tidak penting. Banyak orang yg kekurangan kondisi beta yg cukup hingga menyebabkan gangguan emosional, depresi, sulit tidur. Aktivitas beta dapat merangsang stabilitas emosional, tingkat energi, konsentrasi dan dalam beberapa kasus dapat terjadi peningkatan IQ.

Alpha ==> 8hz - 14hz

Awake but relaxed; terjaga cuman santai/rileks, tidak banyak terjadi proses pengolahan informasi dlm otak. Entrainment adalah suatu prinsip dari ilmu fisika. Digambarkan sebagai sinkronisasi dari dua atau lebih siklus yang berirama. Prinsip dari entrainment adalah universal, muncul dalam ilmu kimia, ilmu penyakit saraf, biologi, ilmu farmasi [obat/ kedokteran], ilmu perbintangan dll. Brainwave Entrainment mengacu pada respon listrik dari otak ke rangsangan yang berhubungan dengan rhythmic sensory pd otak, seperti denyut/getaran dari bunyi atau cahaya. Ketika otak distimulasi (diberi rangsangan) melalui telinga, mata atau indra yg lain, maka listrik pada otak akan men-charge suatu respon, yang disebut Cortical Evoked Response. listrik ini akan merespon ke otak, dan otak akan menterjemahkan respon yg masuk sehingga kita menjadi bisa " lihat dan dengar". Aktivitas ini dapat diukur dg sensitive electrodes yg dihubungkan dengan kulit kepala. Ketika otak distimulasi dg suatu irama, seperti contoh pukulan drum, irama direproduksi (diproduksi ulang) diotak dalam bentuk impuls elektrik. Jika irama menjadi cepat dan cukup konsisten, irama itu mulai menyerupai irama internal alami didalam otak, yg disebut dg brainwaves. Ketika ini terjadi maka otak merespon penyamaan siklus elektris dg irama yg sama. Ini biasanya disebut Frequency Following Response (FFR). FFR dapat bermanfaat sebab brainwaves banyak berhubungan dengan status mental. Sebagai contoh, frekuensi 4 Hz brainwave dihubungkan dengan tidur, maka pola bunyi 4 Hz bisa membantu reproduksi status tidur di otak. Konsep yg sama dapat berlaku bagi hampir semua status mental, mencakup konsentrasi, kreativitas dan banyak lagi yang lain. Hal ini bisa menjadi even pengalaman yang luar biasa atau eksotis, seperti kondisi "deep meditation" atau "lucid dreaming"
